What We Do
Objective
We are focused on providing education, adequate care, and shelter to the elderly and the less privileged. We offer 100% charity as our way of sharing the love of God by serving others with integrity and excellence. We strive to make an impact in every community throughout the nation and around the world. Here are some of the ways we achieve our aim and impact communities:
Education
We understand that proper education is important no matter the age, gender, race, or the financial condition. Our priority is to ensure that everyone gets an opportunity to receive proper education. Therefore, our efforts include supporting education by providing the following:
- ESL class
- Literacy program
- Special training
- Computer training
- Life skills training
- Technology access
- Financial literacy training
- Savings programs
Housing and Sheltering
Several communities, especially the elders are living in critical conditions. Some of them are staying in non-decent areas, while other as don’t even have a place to call home. Some of these people are even living under railway paths, in streets and on footpaths. We partner with organizations to build not just houses but also provide a home with the accommodations that fit their needs.
Caring and Healing
Everyone needs social connections to survive and thrive. As people age, they often find themselves spending more time alone. Social isolation and loneliness are associated with higher rates of depression and illness. Therefore, we focus on ways to restore their health to normal and provide physical, emotional and mental support to this group of people. We partner with medical practitioners and their organizations to provide support and expertise – all in the power and love of Jesus-Christ.
